In this sample, a natural person waives the right to use a domain for the benefit of a legal entity.
If necessary, such a document can be used to verify that the data provided by a natural person are authentic.

If an organization does not have a copy of its signature, the official representative of the organization may prove his right of representation with such a document.
Declaration of Good Faith
In the Declaration of Good Faith, the Applicant declares that he/she intends to use the domain in good faith and in accordance with the Domain Registration Policy. The use will not infringe the rights of third parties and the Applicant shall refrain from misleading use.
